Can I cancel or modify my order?
All sales are final unless you contact us prior to shipping your order. If order has already shipped, please see our return policy under Shipping FAQ.

Your product says sold out, when will more be available?
If a product is a "LIMITED PRODUCTION" offer, the product is not guaranteed to be restocked once sold out. With these types of products we only have so many to offer. Once sold out, it's gone unless there is a high enough demand for another production run.
Sold out products that are not limited production offers, will be restocked with the same or equal product as it becomes availabe to us.

Do you offer layaway?
Yes, we only currently offer a layaway plan on the Asgeir at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once you product has shipped, Legion Steel will contact you via email with your tracking number and esitmated date of arrival.
How do i cancel my subscription to your newsletter?
Please reply to the email in which the newsletter is received with "CANCEL" and your subscription will be canceled.
How do I redeem my gift card or promocode?
You can redeem your gift card or promocode during checkout. Gift cards and promocodes cannot be combined with each other or with any other offers.
How do I get my hands on a gift card or promocode?
When available, gift cards will be offered via checkout as an E-Gift Card which you can redeem for any product on our site. Promocodes are offered via our VIP Newsletter, during promos and offered via our "members only" videos and community posts on our youtube channel www.youtube.com/@legionsteelknives and will only be valid during a certain time period. Gift Cards will never expire.
KNIVES
Where are you knives made?
The Asgeir knife is manufactured by Kansept, a high quality OEM knife factory and brand in China. However Legion Steel will in the near future be having knives manufactured worldwide as well as in our own manufactoring facility here in the United States.
Who designs your knives?
The original Asgeir knife (version #1) is designed by Marshall Noble, former owner/designer/custom knifemaker of Nobles Knives.
Legion Steel is currently in the process of designing "Version 2" of the Asgeir which will be an open production.
In the future Legion Steel plans to work in collaboration with popular custom knifemakers and designers to bring a diverse and quality line of product to our customers.
Are your knives available through dealers?
Currently you may find our Asgeir knives at the following Dealers:

What is your warranty on your knives?
Our knives come with a limited lifetime warranty, unless otherwise stated on an individual product page. This warranty is for any defects in manufacture workmanship and materials. Abuse and or modification voids this warranty. It is at the sole discretion of Legion Steel as to what constitutes abuse.
Some examples of abuse include the following. Prying, using the tip as a screwdriver, batoning or spine strikes, damage caused by using the handle as a hammer like tool. Knives are cutting tools plain and simple.
Some examples of modifications that void warranty are, Anodizing titanium parts, changing or modifying hardware, blade regrinds, remachining / filing or grinding of the handle frame or other parts, texturing of any surface of any part, acid etching of any parts, refinishing, excessive polishing of any parts or the blade. Any change to the knife from the original manufactured condition is a modification.
Warranted knives will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Legion Steel. If a knife model is no longer offered and requires warranty service and can not be repaired or replaced with the original model, a substitute of equal value will be offered.
What constitutes abuse?
Legion Steel defines abuse as improper use or miss treatment of a knife. If you hesitate to use the knife for something or feel there is a more suited tool for the job. Then you probably shouldn't be doing it with the knife. After all Knives are only really cutting tools. We do not refund or replace knives that have been abused. What is considered abuse is at Legion Steel's sole descretion based on the damage or type of failure on the knife.
How are orders conducted?
Pre Orders are an advanced order option to secure a first run purchase on a new product before it is in inventory. These orders will require a minimum deposit. It is important that you are sure of your order as deposits are not refundable unless we fail to deliver the product. Balance is due within 2 weeks of when you receive your email that the product is available for shipment. In pre-orders you are also free to pay for your order up front if you so desire but it is not required. All pre-order sales are final and not subject to cancellation.
What is your deposit and layaway policy?
Deposit Policy:
Any and all deposits made to Legion Steel will be outlined in the product pre-order. Deposits are not refundable unless Legion Steel cancels the order or fails to deliver the product.
Layaway Policy:
We currently offer a 3-month layaway on selected products. A deposit amount as stated on the product page must be paid in order to begin the layaway process. A payment must be made every 30 business days until paid off. If you are unable to make a payment within a 30 day period after initially making your deposit, please contact us at support@legionsteelknives.com so we can work out options with you.
