Shipping
All orders within the United States over $100 will receive free shipping.
Unless previously noted or arranged, all orders are shipped by the next business day.
Regarding deposits, preorder products will not be shipped until it is available for shipping and payment has been made in full. If you have made your payment in full on a preorder product, you will be contacted via email once the product has shipped.

Refunds
ALL sales are final unless the following occurs:
Damaged in shipping. If your product has been damaged in shipping, you have 24 hours to contact Legion Steel customer service to file an insurance claim. If the product ordered is still available it can either be replaced or fully refunded.
Wrong Size. If the product you ordered is the wrong size, you have 24 hours upon receipt to contact Legion Steel to return the product and receive a full refund or return the product and receive an exchange in the correct size. ALL returned products MUST BE unsed, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and intact with original labeling and tags. If product returned appears to be in a used or unsellable condition, we will return the used product to you and no refund or exchange will be given.

Our goal is customer satisfaction. While all sales are final, if for any reason you are unhappy with your product please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss possible resolution. All returns not specified above, will be handled on a case by case basis and not always guaranteed.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will have a 2-7 business day delivery time frame on all domestic orders.

Our company will be contacting all international customers to verify address before shipping, please make sure your contact information (phone number and email) are correct so we may verify and ship your order out in a timely manner. We are not responsible for incorrect information given at time of ordering by customer. In case your contact information is incorrect and you do not hear from us within 10 days of ordering, it is the customer's responsiblity to reach out to us to verify.
